David Oyinane Medugu is a graduate of Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. He studied Theatre and Performing Arts, and majors in media. He also has certification in media, from Nigeria Film Institute (NFI) and other developmental institutions.

He has served in reputable media organisations, like DV Worx, and GoGE Africa and is currently with Development Communication Studios, Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria as a Media Studio Manager and a Media Lecturer.

He has shot and produced countless award-winning short films and has produced several documentaries, such as RT. Gen. AbdulSalam Abubakar @70, Voices from the Street, Tales by Sunset, and others.

His experience and involvement in the production of media content (both in audio and audio-visual productions) spans over 13 years.
